Because of the nature of a handmade custom item, we do not offer refunds or returns on these items.

We will, however, do our best to make it right should you have any issues with your order - just reach out to us through the contact link at the top of the page!

FOR ALL ELSE:

We have a 30 day return window from the time you receive your package.

To return an item, please reach out to us via the "Contact" page linked at the top of the page.

In the message, please include what you are wishing to return and if there are any issues, please let us know so that we can improve things moving forward.

All items must be returned in new condition - still able to be re-sold.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
